| Orofloex 60-Industrial is a unique product designed for use as a flexible well riser. The hose is made from a nitrovinyl rubber and reinforced with 2 high tensile polyester jackets. This 'double' jacketed contruction offers superb performance when used as a flexible well riser. Oroflex 60 is a proven design and has been inservice now for over 10 years. Frictional losses are lower than an equivalent steel tube. |

Installation/retrieval for service or repair of the pump is carried out in a fraction of the time compared to steel piping. |

Oroflex 60 does not suffer from internal encrstation of the liner. In steel pipes the deposits will further impact on flow rates. |

Unlike other flexible risers, Oroflex 60 retains its' original bore after being pressurised allowing the re-user of the couplings. During service however, the acial expansion is 10% further improving flow characteristics. |

| Oroflex 60 is made in lengths of up to 200 metres. On the smaller 2" and 3" sizes, lengths can be joined to create a maximum hose length of 300 metres. The maximum installation length for 4", 5" and 6" risers is 200 metres. |
